'Out n Bout'

Many of our seniors are involved in providing 'Out n Bout' services in our local Nursing homes, Retirement Villages and Hostels. Every month we take 'church' to those who are no longer able to get to come to us. This is a terrific blessing to us and to those we visit.

Monthly Seniors Service

Our parish has a strong and vibrant Seniors Ministry. On the last Friday of every month (Feb to Nov) the 'seniors', that's people who are 50 years of age and over, gather together at Holy Trinity Church at 2pm.

They share together an enjoyable time of fellowship, prayer, hymn singing, a delightfully presented afternoon tea and a guest speaker.

Our Seniors Service provides encouragement to those who attend. It is a great time to make new friends and enjoy existing friendships. There is plenty of time to chat over a cuppa and to minister to one another.

If you like singing the old classic hymns come along and join in. No matter what your background you are welcome to join us.

Being a part of our Seniors Ministry is being a part of a community that cares and a community that values and respects all people.

Senior's Celebrate

Every October during Seniors week we participate in an ecumenical service where seniors near and far congregate for a spectacular afternoon of prayer, praise, fellowship and entertainment.
